Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

Require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so results in the loss of deposit that was made at the time of booking, and a $300 cancellation fee with be charged to the account.

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENT

If you need to reschedule an appointment and it is before the 24-hour cancellation policy, please refer back to our booking portal, which will enable you to reschedule your appointment. Please note that you will NOT lose your deposit as long as it is before the 24-hour cancellation, it will go towards the next appointment that is booked. However, if you try to cancel your appointment after the 24-hour cancellation policy you will lose the deposit that was made at the time of booking, and a $300 cancellation fee will be charged to your account.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will have to reschedule your service and your deposit will be kept, and a $300 cancellation fee will be charged to your account.
